1 Week
New idea: Every week I’m going to deprive myself of something that I usually indulge too much in on a weekly basis i.e. television, internet, drinking, smoking (this will hopefully lead to my quitting), movies and so on and so forth. I am doing this to:
A.) Improve my health
B.) Motivate myself to do more constructive things with my time
C.) Stimulate some creativity
D.) See what comes of it
Starting Monday I’ll choose which one I’ll put the brakes on for a week. You know what? Starting Monday I’m going to NOT do all of the above for one week. Think I’ll survive?
(the only thing I’ll use the internet for is checking my email for possible job responses. otherwise i’ll be poor forever.)
